Project Overview

TOM ESTI is a fashion brand needing a functional ecommerce presence. The goal was to design and build a simple, accessible, and easy-to-manage shopping experience within tight budget and timeline constraints. The work focused on UX-led web design, ecommerce build, and competitive analysis, delivering a site based on familiar patterns that reduce friction and build trust.

Challenge

The challenge was to balance speed, cost, and usability. The site needed to feel credible and on-brand without custom development, support easy content management, and meet user expectations shaped by established fashion ecommerce experiences — all while driving engagement from new and returning visitors.

Research & Design Approach

* Competitive Analysis: Identified common ecommerce patterns that users already understand, reducing learning effort and risk. * UX-Focused Web Design: Prioritised clear navigation, product visibility, and responsive layouts to support browsing and purchase decisions. * Ecommerce Build: Implemented essential flows (browse → product → checkout) using a lightweight, maintainable platform. * Brand Consistency: Applied consistent visual structure to build trust and recognition.

Outcome

* Launched a fully functional, accessible ecommerce experience within budget and timeline. * Increased visitor numbers and engagement from customers and interested buyers. * Delivered a familiar, low-friction shopping journey aligned with user expectations. * Created a scalable foundation to support future growth.
